工作原理
The natural wind enters the cooling tower from both sides of the cooling tower, passes through the PVC packing and the cooling coils on the upper part of the heat exchanger, gathers in the middle of the cooling tower, flows upward, and is discharged from the air exhaust system to the top of the cooling tower. The spray pump absorbs water from the water tank, through the external spray pipe to the internal spray device, and evenly sprits down on the PVC fill, then falls on the cooling coils, and finally falls into the water basin. The flow direction of the wind is perpendicular to the fall direction of the spray water, so it is called a cross-flow closed cooling tower.

1.Fan:
Special axial fan with nylon/aluminum alloy blades.

2.Spray pipe:
The primary pipe, made of PVC materials, distributes water evenly across the cooling tower's fill media or spray nozzles.

3.PVC packing:
The specially designed PVC honeycomb cross flow enables the air to carry away the heat of water vapor quickly, and the unique packing layout enables the water flow to form a large area of flowing water film on the surface of the packing, extending the cooling time of the water in the packing and improving the water cooling effect. It has the advantages of a small wind resistance coefficient, anti-aging, and not easy to deform.

4.Air intake:
Covered with a mesh or louvers to prevent debris from entering.

5.Spray pump:
Use high-performance brand water pumps with high flow, low power and low noise.

6. Water basin:
The basin collects and stores the water used in the cooling process. It facilitates continuous circulation of water through the tower

7. Heat exchange coils:
Made of 304 stainless steel pipe, copper pipe or carbon steel pipe (galvanized), and it has passed the high pressure test to ensure the strong pressure circulation of large-flow fluid.
