XLHY Series Hybrid Flow Closed Circuit Cooling Tower
The XLHY series hybrid flow closed circuit cooling tower is a specialized cooling solution designed for efficient heat dissipation in various industrial and commercial applications. It combines elements of both cross-flow and counter-flow designs to optimize heat transfer efficiency. This hybrid flow configuration allows for better performance in terms of heat exchange compared to traditional cooling tower designs.


工作原理
The natural wind enters from two directions: one is from the top of the cooling tower into the air inlet, through the cooling coils into the air duct; the other is from the air inlet louver, through the pre-cooled fill into the air duct. The wind from two directions is gathered together and discharged to the top of the cooling tower through the air exhaust system. The spray pump absorbs water from the water basin, through the external spray pipe to the internal water distribution system, and evenly sprits down on the heat exchange coils, then falls on the PVC fill, and finally falls into the water basin. The flow direction of the wind is vertical and the same direction as the falling direction of the spray water, so it is called a hybrid flow closed cooling tower.

1.Fan:
Special axial fan with nylon or aluminum alloy blades.

2.Water distributor system:
It distributes water evenly over the fill media and ensures maximum surface area contact for efficient cooling.

3.Heat exchange coils:
The table cooler is made of 304 stainless steel pipe, copper pipe or carbon steel pipe (galvanized), and it has passed the high pressure test to ensure the strong pressure circulation of large-flow fluid.

4.Air inlet:
The cooling tower has two air inlets, one is at the top of the cooling tower and the other is the air inlet louver.

5.Air intake louver:
Made of PVC materials, are used to prevent debris from entering.

6.PVC packing:
The specially designed PVC honeycomb cross flow enables the air to quickly carry away the heat of water vapor, and the unique packing layout enables the water flow to form a large area of flowing water film on the surface of the packing, extending the cooling time of the water in the packing and improving the water cooling effect. It has the advantages of a small wind resistance coefficient, anti-aging, and not easy to deform.

7.External spray pipe:
It connects the spray pump and water distribution system.

Use high-performance brand water pumps with high flow, low power and low noise.
