Wire China 2026 recently drew huge crowds, and the Xuelun booth welcomed many old and new friends. During the multi-day exhibition, we had in-depth exchanges with customers, partners, and peers from the wire and cable industry, and the event was highly rewarding.
At this exhibition, Xuelun highlighted two pieces of equipment: the XLH-5T combined-flow closed-circuit cooling tower and the XL-50 copper powder separator. Among them, the XL-50 copper powder separator, as a newly developed product from Xuelun, was warmly received by visitors as soon as it appeared. Many visitors came specially to the booth to learn more about its centrifugal separation principle, its copper powder separation rate of over 95%, and its advantages such as no consumables, no loss of drawing fluid, and easy maintenance. On-site inquiries continued, creating a lively atmosphere.
At the same time, the XLH-5T combined-flow closed-circuit cooling tower also attracted many cable industry customers. This equipment is mainly designed for circulating water cooling needs in the wire and cable industry. It can be widely used for circulating water cooling of heat-generating equipment and production lines such as wire drawing machines, annealing equipment, extruders, copper and aluminum continuous casting and rolling lines, crosslinking cooling systems, and crosslinking pools. Specific applications include drawing fluid cooling, annealing fluid cooling, extrusion cooling water tank and spray water cooling, post-crosslinking cooling water circulation, equipment surface spray cooling, and circulating water cooling for waste gas scrubbers, helping cable factories achieve stable and efficient circulating water cooling.
Meanwhile, many old customers also came to the Xuelun booth, talked about cooperation experiences, shared usage experience, and had in-depth exchanges with us on practical issues such as copper powder treatment in drawing fluid and circulating water cooling. With new and old friends gathering together, the Xuelun team felt warm and encouraged.
Although the exhibition has ended, Xuelun’s service does not stop at the booth. Next, we will continue to follow up on each customer’s needs and provide full-process support from model selection and solution design to after-sales maintenance, ensuring stable operation of equipment in cable factories and helping customers solve production problems such as low copper powder separation efficiency and difficult recovery.
Thank you for every connection, and we look forward to meeting you again. New and old friends are welcome to contact the Xuelun team at any time for more product information and technical solutions.
